Terms of Use

Dreamplanet makes experiences that cross between communication and real places. These terms are the ground rules for entering those experiences.

Using Dreamplanet

These terms apply when you use dreamplanet.com, Party at Gary's, or another Dreamplanet experience that links to them. By participating, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate.

Entertainment and the real world

Dreamplanet experiences are entertainment. You remain responsible for your own choices and surroundings. Use ordinary judgment, obey laws and venue rules, respect other people and property, and do not trespass. You are never required to do anything unsafe, illegal, unwelcome, or beyond your comfort. Stop participating whenever you wish.

Your content

You keep ownership of messages, photos, audio, and other content you submit. You give Dreamplanet a limited, non-exclusive license to receive, process, reproduce, adapt, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the experience you chose. You represent that you have permission to share the content you submit and that doing so does not violate another person's rights.

Messaging terms

Participants opt in affirmatively—for example, by initiating a message to the published Gary number or replying with an opt-in keyword such as START or YES—and receive a confirmation.
Party at Gary's messages may include opt-in confirmation, experience coordination, prompts, clues, replies, support, and other messages that are part of the Adventure.
Message frequency varies with the experience. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After a standard confirmation, future program messages will stop unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Availability and changes

Dreamplanet experiences may change, pause, end, or be unavailable. We do not guarantee that a particular experience, message, route, or feature will always be available or work without interruption.

Dreamplanet materials

Dreamplanet's names, designs, software, stories, and other materials are owned by Dreamplanet or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

Suspension or termination

We may limit or end access when reasonably necessary to protect participants, other people, Dreamplanet, our providers, or the integrity of an experience, or when these terms are violated.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, Dreamplanet is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Dreamplanet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of an experience. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Dreamplanet evolves. We will post the updated terms here and change the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
