Dreamplanet experiences can move between messages and the real world. This policy explains what information may move with them and how we use it.

Information we may receive

We may receive information you choose to provide when you contact Dreamplanet or participate in an experience, including your name or nickname, phone number, messages, responses, location or event details you describe, and other information you send to us.

Messages, photos, and media

Party at Gary's and other Dreamplanet experiences may receive the content of messages and media that participants choose to send, such as photos, audio, clues, or replies. Please send only content you have the right to share, and avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for the experience.

Technical information

When you visit our websites or use an experience, we and our service providers may receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, pages requested, delivery status, and security or error logs.

How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize the experience you requested, deliver and respond to messages, maintain continuity during an Adventure, provide support, protect participants and our services, diagnose problems, and improve Dreamplanet.

Mobile and messaging privacy

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes.

We may provide mobile information and consent status to service providers—such as messaging platforms and phone carriers—only as needed to deliver, secure, support, and operate the messaging service you requested. We do not permit those providers to use that information for their own promotional or marketing purposes.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate Dreamplanet, including website hosting and security providers, communications infrastructure providers such as Telnyx, and other vendors that help us deliver requested functionality. They may process information on our behalf for those limited purposes.

Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to operate and secure an experience, maintain legitimate records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Different information may be kept for different periods depending on its purpose and the state of the experience.

Your choices

You decide what information and media to send. You may opt out of Dreamplanet SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us to ask a privacy question or request that we review information associated with you. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping purposes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Dreamplanet evolves. We will post the updated policy here and change the effective date when we do.
